A Policy Designed for Your Convenience
At the Oral Surgery Office, we are not contracted with any dental insurance plans.
As a courtesy to our patients, we will submit your dental insurance claim on your behalf if your plan is one that we are able to submit to. Any reimbursement for covered services will be sent directly to you by your insurance carrier based on your out-of-network benefits and your plan’s allowable reimbursement.
We do not submit claims to Medicare or Medicaid.
Payment is due at the time services are provided.
If you have questions regarding your insurance benefits, coverage, deductible, out-of-pocket costs, or reimbursement, please contact your insurance company directly. Every insurance plan is different, your insurance carrier is the best source for accurate information regarding your specific policy and benefits.
What else should I bring to my appointment?
Making a Payment
If you do not have insurance, that is not a problem. We can give you an estimate of the charges for the services you plan to have at our office. This would be due the day of your surgery. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover and Care Credit.
